Very similar to Bannister Street in Ladera Ranch, although being located in a better retail/commercial area, however, the upstairs are what you would expect from an Irvine or Ladera Ranch newer home walls and all.<BR/><BR/>The only good think it has going for it is VERY large attached commercial spaces.
