A Little Bird Told Me...

A reliable source told me today that Lennar will resume construction of the Santiago Street Lofts in January of 2008.

With most construction projects on hold these days, this is a great sign for not only our small community, but the real estate market in general.

Let's just hope they don't give them away again, screwing everyone on their sales comps.

The next phase of construction, Phase Six is a grouping of 3 buildings 2 of which are unique.

The two unique ones are a building of all 5's one of all 3's and one SA Blvd facing floor plate.

I think the prices will be higher unique groupings and 3's and 5's are cool! (along with 1,2, and 4)

Yah, when/where is the party.....?

Yup....cant wait for the final phase to release and sell out. I have a feeling the pricing will be in the Mid-$400s for the plan 1.

I have many clients looking to purchase.....so they needs to hurry....

Nothing concrete has been worked out yet, other than a firm desire to go out and have a great party. We are all just hitting it off so well (most of the time…) that the idea has popped up a few times during back alley meetings, greetings and conversations. We are also waiting for the rest of the folks of phase 4 & 5 to move in…

I think it will be up to us to take Lennar’s ‘play’ sales pitch into our own hands and make things happen. There’s nothing much we can do about it anyway now that we were already ‘sold’ on the idea and purchased our units, so we might as well make the most of it and enjoy the ride...

I would be willing to help organize some parties and maybe bring in
some globe-trotting selecta DJ’s or bands from across the globe to join us in the fun…

Not sure what y’all think… I am yet to meet most of the residents from the earlier phases… But I am open to ideas…. So holla….

ps: Everybody would be invited... And *no one* will be left out in Logan...

you know there are a couple of DJs in the community as well... although they are not the globe-trotting, superstar DJs...;)
