WTF, how hard did they hit the side of the building? Someone could have been run over...were they drunk?
Luckily, the car didn't hit the building.
When the driver bailed from the car, he left it running and it slowly crept up the curb and stopped at the palm tree.
One of the residents who live here then turned it off.
